Poor crocodile…..
Well, you know that sashimi is a Japanese food consisting of very fresh raw seafoods, sliced into thin pieces.
And you know that the main category for sashimi are Finfish, Shellfish, fish eggs, sea squirts, Seaweed, Vegetables and eggs.
But, they have came out with crocodile sashimi.
I was surprise when they came out with crocodile bua kua (BBQ Meat).
But now, i`m even surprise about the crocodile sashimi.
Damn, i like those green fellows that kill other animal for food in style.
Looks like that`s the cycle of life, human right at the end of food cycle.
If the end product is pleasant to the eyes, i dont mind having a try, but definitely not infront of one like the above.
Yuck! The Bua Kua doesn’t look that bad though…
Its scary picking slices of meat off that crocodile. GROSS!
Uh, guess if they serve it like normal sashimi I won’t mind. Eaten crocodile meat before and, well, they’re decent enough, I think…
The first picture is scary looking but the last is delicious lol. Eating food like crocodile is ok, though it’s best if they’re farm raised ;p.

and what’s with the orange in the mouth like roast pig? lol.
Call me odd, but… The first picture doesn’t look half bad. I’ll take a slice and perhaps, violating the law of sashimi, grill it and slice it thin, then put it in a sandwich.
Green skin and red meat just don’t go together. Ugh.
